No one asked me to write this I am doing it on my own. I called Paul's Glass in April 2015. I was in desperate need of windows. The problem was I had a high end house with low end windows. I did not know that when I bought it. I called Paul's Glass because he was recommended by two custom home builders. I got quotes from all the top end window makers. Am I so glad I went with Paul's Glass. It was him Paul himself that came to my house and measured and did the quote. It was his own guys, not a contracted company, that took out the old windows hauled them away and installed the new. The guys were so good, clean and professional, that my wife fixed them lunch. They cleaned up after themselves, they sprayed foam to fill in the voids (who does that?). They used caulk like it was tiny trim. All the windows inside and out now look great and top notch, all 36 of them. Now, 9 months later we have found our utilities costs are down, (air & heat) our house is warmer in the cold days like today and we no longer heat the outdoors as much. I feel we just raised the value of our home and when we go to sell they all still look as they do now. I know my neighbors of 20 years had these windows installed new when they built. If only we had. I would highly recommend for you to have Paul see what your individual needs are. I am confident you will be glad you took my advice.

"I live in a 25 year old house with original windows that were deteriorating on the west side of the house and needed to be replaced. My choices were narrowed down to Marvin (Fiberglass) or Sun Windows (Sun Clad). I decided on Sun since they are an all-wood window with aluminum clad and the color perfectly matched our house. The installation was another big reason for choosing Sun because my Aunt had her windows replaced by Paul's Glass a fear years ago and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Paul and his team did an incredible job removing, installing the windows, and used matching Sun extruded aluminum casing around the windows to insure the paint matched perfectly and any exploded wood is protected. For instance, one of our biggest concerns was the Great Room on the west side of the house since it has the most sun exposure and the original wood windows incurred the most damage (rot) over the years. Paul worked with Greg and Tim Beretta to wrap any exposed wood around and between the trapezoid and double casement windows to eliminate any damage from happening in the future.
I work in customer service, and very damaging when it comes to satisfying the customer so my expectations are very high. Paul met and exceeded these expectations to make sure the windows were installed correctly, the casing matched the windows perfectly, and the exterior of my house is protected. He is a pleasure to do business with, and highly recommended his services if you need any windows in the future.

We are writing you this letter to thank you for your continued support and customer service. We would like to recognize, the quality of the Sun Window Product line. As first time Home builders, like most, we were a little over whelmed by the number of Window options in the market today.
We contacted the highly advertised brands most of us see and hear of in the media every day to find them selling a standard catalog item that we were left unsure if it would fit our custom home. Pricing did not include many features and there seemed to always be an additional charge for a standard option.
In our search we were fortunate enough to have met you during the 2014 Indianapolis Home Show. We found you energetic about your product. You had options we were looking for and you were willing to listen and make sure you worked to achieve what we as the customer wanted. You did not try to high pressure sell us and consistently emphasized that you wanted to make sure we identified the window style we wanted.
Due to construction delays on our part you worked very close with us to ensure we had the windows and doors on site as needed when needed. Upon delivery we found them to not only be exactly what we wanted bus much more. They have added so much to the appearance of the house and are proving a energy efficient home as well.
